Principal Owners with the firm are Howard E. Rutherford who originally joined the firm in 1970; Alden S. Bradstock, who has been with the firm since 1988; and Charles W. Ridgway since 1980. Senior Associates Bruce J. Klebe, Sr. and Wendy L. Debus have been with the firm since 1970.

The staff is currently organized into two design groups and one construction administration group. A principal owner acts as principal-in-charge of each group and is directly involved in the day-to-day activities of his group to assure project quality control and timely completion. Each group is staffed with Project Engineers. Each Project Engineer is in charge of a design team consisting of design engineers and CAD support. There are currently 6 mechanical design teams, 4 electrical design teams and 2 construction administration teams. The mechanical and electrical design teams habitually work together which enhances quality control and are assigned to projects under the direction of a Project Manager.
